Ginger banana Smoothie with basil
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
a small piece of ginger
2 Bananas
1 handful fresh basil
300 milliliter water
Preparation:
· First peel and halve the ginger
· Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces
· Now wash the basil
· Finish by putting all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
