Ginger persimmon Smoothie with spinach

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

a small piece of ginger

2 Persimmon fruits

1 handful baby spinach

300 milliliter water

Preparation:

  • First peel and halve the ginger
  • Wash the persimmons and cut them into pieces
  • Then wash and clean the spinach
  • Finish by putting all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
