Spicy tomato ginger Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

3 Tomatoes

1 red pepper

1 small piece of ginger

½ chilli pepper

300 milliliter coconut water

1 Teaspoon honey

Preparation:

  • First wash the tomato, remove the stalk and dice
  • Wash, seed and also dice the pepper
  • Now peel and halve the ginger
  • Then wash the chilli pepper
  • Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
