Banana oat Smoothie with chamomile te

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Bananas

5 Tablespoons oat flakes (tender)

100 milliliter chamomile tea

200 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

· First boil the tea fresh and let it cool

· Then peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
