Arugula raspberry Smoothie with ginger

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 handful rocket

1 handful baby spinach

1 small piece of ginger

100 gram raspberries

1 Banana

300 ml cold water 

Preparation:

· First, wash and clean the rocket and spinach

· Sort and wash the raspberries

· Then clean the ginger and cut it in half

· Then peel the banana and cut it in half

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
