Orange mint Smoothie with goji berries

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

Juice from 3 oranges
1 handful fresh mint
3 pears
1 handful goji berries
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

· First wash the fresh mint thoroughly

· Now wash the pears, core them and cut them into pieces

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
