Avocado Mint Smoothie Peppermint Tea
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
1 Avocado
1 Banana
1 handful mint leaves
300 ml peppermint tea
Preparation:
• First boil the tea fresh and cool
• Pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
• Now peel the banana and cut it in half
• Wash the mint thoroughly
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
