Persimmon Passion Fruit Smoothie with Coconut Water

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Persimmons
2 Passion fruit
1 handful baby spinach
300 ml coconut water 

Preparation:

• First, peel the persimmons and cut them into pieces
• Wash and clean the baby spinach
• Then cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
