Pineapple chia Smoothie with coconut water

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 large piece of pineapple
1 apple
1 Pear
2 Teaspoon chia seeds
300 ml coconut water 

Preparation:

• First peel and dice the pineapple
• Wash, core and quarter the apple and pear
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
