Spinach Ginger Smoothie with Fennel Tea

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

300 ml fennel tea
1 handful baby spinach
1 small piece of ginger
1 Teaspoon chia seeds 

Preparation:

• First boil the tea and let it cool
• Clean and wash the baby spinach
• Then peel and halve the ginger
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
