Lamb’s Lettuce Mango Smoothie with Spirulina

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Mangos
1 handful lamb’s lettuce
1 Teaspoon spirulina powder
1 Pear
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

• First peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the core
• Wash and clean the lettuce
• Then wash, core and dice the pear
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
