Green Smoothie with red apple

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

1 handful baby spinach
2 Avocados
1 Banana
12 red apples
300 milliliter cold water
Agave syrup 

Preparation:

• First, wash and clean the baby spinach
• Halve the avocados, pit them and roughly chop the flesh
• Now peel the banana and cut it in half
• Then wash, core and roughly dice the apples
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Taste with agave syrup, pour into the glasses and serve immediately
