Lamb’s lettuce mango Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
1 handful lamb’s lettuce
3 Mangoes
1 Banana
300 ml cold water
Preparation:
• First wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce
• Peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
• Now peel the banana and cut it in half
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
