Arugula Smoothie with apricots and coconut milk

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 handful rocket
1 handful baby spinach
2 apricots
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
300 milliliter coconut milk 

Preparation:

• First wash and clean the rocket and baby spinach
• Then stone and wash the apricots
• Put all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
