Blackberry spinach Smoothie with coconut milk
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
200 gram blackberries
1 handful baby spinach
1 handful rocket
1 handful lamb’s lettuce
300 milliliter coconut milk
Preparation:
• First wash and clean the spinach, lamb’s lettuce and rocket
• Then sort and wash the blackberries
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
