Blueberry lamb’s lettuce Smoothie with mangos

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 handful blueberries
1 handful lamb’s lettuce
2 mangos
300 milliliter water 

Preparation:

• First, sort out and wash the blueberries
• Wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce as well
• Now peel the mangoes and chop the flesh
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree
• Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
