Banana Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients for 4 glasses:
2 Bananas
125 gram blueberries
125 gram blackberries
5 Tablespoon natural yoghurt
300 milliliter whole milk
Preparation:
• First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Sort and wash the blueberries and blackberries
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and serve
