Pineapple Banana Yoghurt Smoothie with Dates
Ingredients for 2-4 glasses:
1 medium piece of pineapple
1 ripe banana
10 Tablespoon natural yoghurt
4 Dates
350 milliliter cold water
Honey
Preparation:
• Peel and dice the pineapple
• Peel the banana and cut it in half
• Now core, clean and roughly chop the dates
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
