Orange carrot Smoothie with ginger

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

Juice from 3 oranges
2 large carrots
1 small piece of ginger
1 Banana
300 milliliter water 

Preparation:

• First peel the carrots, wash them and cut them into pieces
• Peel and halve the ginger as well
• Now peel the banana and cut it in half
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree
• Finish by pouring the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
