Pineapple, Pear & Mint

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 larger piece of pineapple
1 Pear
1 red apple
1 small banana
Some fresh mint
300 ml cold water 

Preparation:

• First peel the pineapple and cut into pieces
• Wash the fresh mint
• Now peel the banana and cut it in half
• Also wash, core and quarter the pears and apples
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into the glasses, sweeten to taste and enjoy immediately
