Pineapple Smoothie with basil and chia seeds

Ingredients for 3 glasses:

1 medium piece of pineapple
1 handful lamb’s lettuce
1 handful basil leaves
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

• First wash and thoroughly clean the lamb’s lettuce
• Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes
• Wash the basil
• Then put all the ingredients into a blender, puree finely and season to taste
