6yoghurtmango Smoothie with ginger

Ingredients for 2-4 glasses:

4 mangoes
710 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
1 small piece of ginger
300 milliliter cold water
Honey or agave syrup 

Preparation:

• First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
• Peel and roughly chop the ginger as well
• Put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree
• Finish by pouring into the glasses and serve
