6 coconut yoghurt Smoothie with mint

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

250 gram natural yoghurt
2 Teaspoon coconut oil
3 Tablespoon coconut cream
1 handful fresh mint
2 Avocados
300-350 milliliter cold water
Agave syrup 

Preparation:

• First wash the mint
• Now pit the avocados and roughly chop the flesh
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into the glasses and serve
