6 coconut orange Smoothie with mint

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

3 Oranges
2 Bananas
1 Teaspoon coconut oil
4 Tablespoon coconut cream
200 gram natural yoghurt
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

• First peel and core the oranges and roughly chop the flesh
• Peel the bananas and cut them in half
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
